Viewing Radiographs

To have a link to your patient's radiographs emailed to you or for us to mail a CD of the images, fill out the form below.

Follow the instructions below if a link to your patient's radiographs was emailed to you.*

Once the link is sent to you:

    • Click on the link in the email.

    • This will bring you to the Study Retrieval Page.

    • Once at the Study Retrieval Page, you will be given the choice to import the images as DICOM or JPEG or to simply view JPEG versions in the web browser.

    • Click on the icon for the option you would like.**

    • View the images.

    *Due to privacy concerns, we cannot grant general carte blanche access to the archival site and so a link must be obtained for individual patient studies.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but patient privacy is a top priority to us at the Animal ER of Mobile.

    **If you chose to download the images, you may be asked to install software on your computer.  If so, please follow the links and instructions on the Study Retrieval Page.  Although we are unable to guarantee the safety of downloads, the radiographs are coming from a reputable company and should not create any computer issues.
